1️⃣ Take stock of your legal documents.

To head into 2025 with your legal ducks in a row🦆, this is a great time to take a quick look at your legal documents to be sure they don’t have holes the size of swiss cheese.

• Do you have a strong Client Agreement for your 1-on-1 clients that you got from a lawyer (or had a lawyer review)?
• Do you enroll peeps in your group programs or online courses and have them agree to your Terms of Use?
• Is it time for you to create an LLC or S-Corp? (The end of the year is the BEST time of year to do it!)
• Do you have something you’ve been wanting to Trademark?
• Do you have your Website Documents up on your site – and are they GDPR-friendly?

2️⃣ Make big purchases for your biz on or before 12/31 to save on taxes.

All legitimate business expenses made on or before December 31st can be taken as a tax deduction THIS YEAR.

Purchase these items NOW to help offset this year’s income – so you don’t have to pay as much in taxes:
