Is your website legally buttoned up? Let’s find out.

Have you ever looked at your website and wondered…

▶️ “Did I write anything that will get me into trouble?”
▶️ “Is my website disclaimer really protecting me?”
▶️ “Is it ok to share my clients’ experiences as testimonials?”
▶️ “What if someone sues me because of what I wrote?”

You’re not alone.

My client Rachel felt the same way.

She’s a dermatologist-turned-health coach.

Excited about her new career after finishing health coaching school, she took the next step and drafted a beautiful website… but then froze.

She said to me, “I’m terrified I will say something wrong so I haven’t published it.”

She wondered:

  • Is it safe to make my website public?
  • Can I call myself a doctor AND a coach?
  • Is it okay to share the successes of family & friends I’ve helped?
  • Are there legal no-nos I don’t know about?

Rachel’s doubts about her website were stopping her from putting herself out there.

I recommended a Website Audit to put her mind at ease.

A Website Legal Audit is a 60-minute paid consultation with me. Together we walk through your website – page by page. I share specific legal feedback to make sure you’re using legally safe language.

So during Rachel’s Website Audit, we:

✅ Reviewed her home page to reflect her scope of practice as a coach – not a doctor AND a coach. (As I always say, “You can be a doctor. You can be a coach. But not BOTH in the same business or website.”)

✅ Identified risky language like “I’ll address your symptoms” and “Your eczema will vanish after this program!” and adjusted it to keep her safe. (Using the word “symptoms” is risky as it’s too close to medicine. And don’t make promises.)

✅ Edited her bio to be sure she was using a correct title so we removed “Dr. Rachel” and kept “Holistic Health Coach” – since she can’t be BOTH in a health coaching business.

✅ Refined her testimonials page so her clients weren’t accidentally making medical claims by saying “Rachel’s program cured my eczema.”

She said afterwards:

“I had no idea that fixing some key parts of my website could help me feel this calm and confident. Now I’m ready to share my website as a health coach!”

Is your website holding you back?

Are there legal gaps you don’t know about?

If you’re ready to stop second-guessing + start feeling more secure, a Website Audit might be exactly what you need.
