My business has been around for 14 years already – can you believe it?

We’ve grown our amazing team from just little ol’ me and VA back in 2012 to a team of 6 talented team members.

And guess what? We’re hiring again!

We’re looking to hire 1-2 whip-smart-yet-loving Legal Chat Specialists.

The primary focus of the Legal Chat Specialist is to:

☑️ Conduct our free 20-Minute Legal Chats with prospective clients to gather info about their legal questions.
☑️ Communicate detailed notes + gather Lisa’s recommendations.
☑️ Follow up promptly with clients.

So, we’re curious…

✔️ Are you an experienced coach with a background in health coaching or medicine?
✔️ Looking for a part-time side gig using coaching skills in an important, essential client-facing role?
✔️ Are you a heartfelt communicator? (Clients are often afraid of lawyers + the law.)
✔️ Do you have great active listening skills?
✔️ Are you intuitive, yet detail-oriented and like to follow clear processes?
✔️ Are you able to hold back from “giving answers” to questions on the spot? (Only Lisa can give legal advice and recommendations to clients.)
✔️ Do you love women-owned online businesses and want to serve one?

Other important notes about the role:

– Independent contractor position (not employee).
– Requires 15-20 hours per month – but hours will vary month to month.
– Role has potential to grow.
– Set your own schedule – but Legal Chats must be held during daytime workday hours.
– Communication with the team daily via Slack weekdays is required.
– Interviews will be held the week of June 29.
– Legal Chat Training will start the week of July 20 + mentor support after that is included. (You will be fully supported in this role.)
