Want to offer Lunch and Learns? Here’s what you need…
Have you ever wanted to do Lunch and Learns?
Side note: Did you know that when I was a health coach back in 2012 I led over 72 paid Lunch and Learns at various corporations?
It was a good gig!
Not sure how to get started?
Sooo many coaches who used to work in corporate want to get their foot in the door to help stressed-out C-suite execs have better health, eat healthier foods, and r-e-l-a-x more.
They want to help the people stuck behind their desks in noisy, open-office cubicles…
Just like they used to be.
So when they contact HR departments, or their old employer, or get a lead from a friend to do a Lunch and Learn…they’re in!
But as soon as the company asks them for a contract for the Lunch and Learns….they freeze.
Panic hits as they don’t have one.
How can you make sure you are legally covered when offering a series of Lunch and Learns? Or even one?
I have just the thing: DIY Corporate Wellness Program Agreement.
The DIY Corporate Wellness Program Agreement spells out:
Details about the Lunch and Learns
- Who is liable for the content you share
- Who markets the program to the employees
- How payment is made – and when
- What happens if you have to cancel – or they do
- Who owns the content
- And so much more! (You knew I was going to say that, right? But it’s true!)
When you’re able to send over the DIY Corporate Wellness Program Agreement with all of the details filled in, you can feel confident that you’re showing up professionally – AND protecting yourself.
Here’s to the amazing Lunch and Learns you’ll lead!
