She’s an attorney, Life Coach and Certified Holistic Health Coach combined her powerful legal experience with her caring coaching skills and carved out a new niche as a Legal Coach® (and even trademarked the name!)

Her multi-6 figure business has helped hundreds of heart-centered biz owners get legally covered and exhale with relief as they protect their biz and brand.

Lisa loves to travel (especially to Italy!), spend time with family in Maine + Germany, and hike in the Arizona desert with her husband Scott. She's a Gemini, avocado-toast lover (GF, of course!), and she's raised $32 million for charities through both paid and volunteer roles.

Blue Russ
Legal Chat Specialist

Blue is a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach and Business Flow Coach and has been a coach since 2006.

She was trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and is thrilled to be talking with the Legal Love™ community in free 20-Minute Legal Chats, assisting clients through email support, writing copy and managing our marketing efforts.

Blue is also a professional copy writer and ethical marketing coach. She has spent years working for Health Coach Institute, Marisa Murgatroyd and others welcoming and coaching new students.

Blue lives in Flagstaff, Arizona and formerly worked in nonprofits helping people experiencing homelessness and incarceration get back into the workforce.

Christy Mestdagh
Legal Chat Specialist

Christy is an integrative health practitioner and founder of Solstice Health, a holistic health coaching practice. Before launching her business, she worked in a variety of clinical settings, including caring for patients with dementia and those recovering from stroke, where she developed a deep passion for helping people feel heard, supported, and empowered.

That same passion inspired Christy to join Lisa and her wonderful team as a Legal Chat Specialist after experiencing firsthand the support she received while launching her own practice. Now, she looks forward to helping aspiring entrepreneurs as they take the next steps toward bringing their dreams to life.

Outside of work, Christy enjoys crafting, reading, and spending time at the beach.

Lorin Ifkovic
Legal Chat Specialist

Lorin is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and owner of Ola Holistic Wellness Coaching, LLC.

Originally from Connecticut, Lorin holds a master's degree in Instructional Design Technology and began her career designing training programs for physicians in pharmaceutical and healthcare settings. She then spent 20 years in resort hospitality and hotel renovation in Lake Tahoe and Maui before settling in Tucson, AZ.

From the mountains to the sea, Lorin enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and offshore sailing with her partner, Jim - the two are proud supporters of the Surfrider Foundation and join beach cleanups when they can. She loves the community at her favorite Tucson yoga studio, experimenting with new recipes, and ending the day with a good book.

Katelyn Larson
Online Business Manager

Katelyn came from an operations and marketing background before she started Capri Creative. As a Certified Online Business Manager she works with business owners to streamline, strategize, and problem solve in different areas of their businesses.

She helps Lisa streamline her current processes and helps her solve the problems that need some love and attention! She’s a maven when it comes to managing projects and improving how people interact with our company.

She’s a world traveler who jumps head-first into new experiences; she’s once went skydiving, bungee-jumping, and cage diving in the span of 24 hours. She seems to always have a fun international trip on the horizon. Katelyn lives in the Twin Cities with her furry sidekick, Finn.

Michelle Schweitzer
Accounting & Financial Specialist

Michelle’s experience stems from working in higher ed – admissions, enrollment, and finance – bringing all the systems together in information technology. She brings all this experience to the table as our Accounting & Financial Specialist.

She also works with several authors as a copyeditor to help ensure their stories are ready to be shared. With her keen eye and love for words, Michelle also helps our team with proofreading and copywriting. She's truly a jill of all trades!

She is a huge music lover and believes that music can change a person’s frame of mind – *Focus on the Good* – It’s Everywhere! Music brings people together and she travels far and wide to join music family at events all over the world.

Katie Patton
Marketing & Social Media Strategist

Katie is the newest member of the team. She is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University. She works on the team helping with behind the scenes marketng and bringing Lisa's social media to life.

From camp counselor to being a lifeguard at Disney World, she’s truly done it all! She’s been part of many businesses and workplace settings and  loves finding new ways to transfer her skills and learn from her experiences.

Katie loves to read, write, and spend time in Maine with her family. She loves music and minored in Pop Culture Studies, which has given her a keen eye for trends and the ability to talk to anyone about pretty much anything!
