Blue is a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach and Business Flow Coach
and has been a coach since 2006.
She was trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and is thrilled to be talking with the Legal Love™ community in free 20-Minute Legal Chats, assisting clients through email support, writing copy and managing our marketing efforts.
Blue is also a professional copy writer and ethical marketing coach. She has spent years working for Health Coach Institute, Marisa Murgatroyd and others welcoming and coaching new students.
Blue lives in Flagstaff, Arizona and formerly worked in nonprofits helping people experiencing homelessness and incarceration get back into the workforce.
Christy Mestdagh
Christy is an integrative health practitioner and founder of Solstice Health, a holistic health coaching practice. Before launching her business, she worked in a variety of clinical settings, including caring for patients with dementia and those recovering from stroke, where she developed a deep passion for helping people feel heard, supported, and empowered.
That same passion inspired Christy to join Lisa and her wonderful team as a Legal Chat Specialist after experiencing firsthand the support she received while launching her own practice. Now, she looks forward to helping aspiring entrepreneurs as they take the next steps toward bringing their dreams to life.
Outside of work, Christy enjoys crafting, reading, and spending time at the beach.
Lorin Ifkovic
Lorin is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and owner of
Ola Holistic Wellness Coaching, LLC.
Originally from Connecticut, Lorin holds a master’s degree in Instructional Design Technology and began her career designing training programs for physicians in pharmaceutical and healthcare settings. She then spent 20 years in resort hospitality and hotel renovation in Lake Tahoe and Maui before settling in Tucson, AZ.
From the mountains to the sea, Lorin enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and offshore sailing with her partner, Jim – the two are proud supporters of the Surfrider Foundation and join beach cleanups when they can. She loves the community at her favorite Tucson yoga studio, experimenting with new recipes, and ending the day with a good book.
