The Contract Review is a paid review of your legal document to expose gaps, risks, and areas of potential liability for you.

It’s a direct way to get clarity about whether your document is protecting you - or not - so you can move forward.

You might be surprised, but it takes attorneys (including me!) 1-2 hours to review a contract thoroughly.

That’s because we have to look at what language is already in the contract and also what’s missing—which takes time, precision, and legal insight.

Anyone who wants a legal set of eyes to review your contract and provide feedback so that you can be sure you’re protecting yourself and your business ventures.

If you need revisions, that’s a separate service—because drafting missing language can take longer and cost more. If I provide a quote for revisions, it’ll reflect the amount of work involved. (Small fixes = small fee. Bigger overhaul = higher fee. Fair, right?)

Sometimes, starting fresh with a DIY Legal Template—or using a new contract entirely—is a better (and more cost-effective) path. If needed, I’ll recommend it.
