What is it?

The Certification Agreement includes:

• Certification requirements - like completing a training program, passing an exam.
• Functional wellness practitioners (non-licensed) certification benefits - like a special title, a logo showing they’re certified, and ways they can your methodology in their work.
• Licensing terms - like what mentees can and can’t do after certification so your IP, brand, and proprietary content are protected.
• Grounds for revocation of certification - like if the mentee copies your work, creates a SIMILAR certification program, or teaches your methodology to others in a competitive way.

Note: Although we call it a “certification program” in the industry, it’s really a training program where you’re providing a certificate of completion and licensing the use of your content, brand, logo, title after mentees complete all of your requirements.

When your Certification Agreement is in place, you’re free to share your methodology fully as a leader —because you know the Agreement protects your IP + lays out the rules for use.
