What’s a registered Trademark?
A registered Trademark is granted by the USPTO to give you exclusive ownership rights to brand names used with products or services for 10 years (and beyond!)
The purpose of a Trademark is to:
- Prevent others from copying your brand.
- Stop others from profiting off of your unique brand identity.
- Eliminate brand confusion in the marketplace by setting brands apart.
What can you Trademark?
You can protect brand names used for marketing the sale of products + services like your:
- Business name
- Program or product name
- Tagline or slogan
- Logo
Note: It’s not for protecting names of methods, theories, processes, or ideas - only brand names used in marketing products + services for sale to the public.
Client Love
Why should you Trademark?
If you LOVE your brand name and plan to use it for years, Trademarking is a smart move, especially in the age of AI.
- Claim your rights before someone else snags your brand.
- Protect your unique brand identity and hard-earned recognition.
- Safeguard your intellectual property from Copycats.
- Elevate your professionalism (and energetic boundaries) to support your crown chakra.
- Feel empowered, proud, and secure protecting your IP.

How long does Trademarking take?
10-12 months on average. It’s a long process. The Trademark Search is completed in 7 days, if not sooner.
It’s never guaranteed because the USPTO has its own discretion, like judges in courts. But we maximize approval as much as possible through our 2-step Trademarking process.
It’s well worth the investment of time, energy and money for legal protection for 10 years (and peace of mind).
How do I get started with Trademarking?
Our Trademark process is 2 steps.
First we do Step 1 - Trademark Search - to ensure no one else already owns a similar trademark. (Step 1 is a required step.)
Once we’ve determined that the risk is low of a USPTO denial of your Trademark Application we move to Step 2 - Trademark Application.
Step 2: Trademark Application – Full-Service Filing
We prepare the Trademark Application with care and precision—and monitor it the whole way through.
Here’s what’s included:
- Trademark Application + Filing: Our Trademark attorney prepares and files your Application with the USPTO (for 1 class of goods/services).
- Trademark Prep Sheet: You receive helpful prompts to gather your info + proof of use.
- 30-minute Prep Call: We review your materials together before filing.
- USPTO Communication: We handle all back-and-forth with the government.
- Written Legal Responses: We draft + submit any Office Action responses—no extra fees!
- Monitoring & Status Updates: You’ll get regular updates throughout the process.
- Trademark Certificate: If your Trademark is granted, we send you your official certificate.
- Bonus! Renewal Directions: You receive written instructions on how to renew your Trademark in the future.
With our team by your side, you avoid filing out a single government form and stressful exchanges with the USPTO.
Can I do it myself?
No, Trademarking on your own is not wise. Trademarking can appear to be deceptively easy- but it’s not.
You have to choose the right Trademark class and write a precise description. This takes legal expertise. I’ve worked with Trademarking for over 10 years AND I have a Trademark attorney on my team with 25+ years of IP experience… so that should tell you something.
Here are common mistakes doing it on your own leading to denials:
- Choosing the wrong Trademark class.
- Writing a scant description allowing others to “sneak” into the same class.
- Not submitting the right “proof of use” showing how you’re using your brand.
- Writing your Trademark Application incorrectly.
You don’t know what you don’t know.
Don’t take that risk.
