Hello! Thank you so much for doing this! I have a company right now called Jamie C Designs LLC. It was once upon a time company where I sold clothing then switched over to selling other products and from there I am selling digital products. I am currently in Luisa Zhou’s course and am working on my personal development coaching business. Would you think it was a good idea for me to create a subsidiary for my coaching business under Jamie C Designs LLC or would you suggest that I actually go ahead and just create a new LLC altogether?

I plan on doing one to one life coach sessions. Does the client agreement cover:
(1) that I’m not a therapist and life coaching isn’t a substitute for therapy?
(2) Privacy/Confidentiality of life coaches is not covered by HIPPA right? And I might need to keep notes for myself? How do I handle that or is it in the client agreement?
And on a separate note do I need some kind of business insurance for myself to protect me from the unlikely event of a client complaint? If so, how do I find that kind of insurance?
