DIY Joint Venture Agreement

A Joint Venture Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and another person/business to contract together and set forth the “rules of the game” for your combined effort. Using this Agreement means that you and your joint venture partner are INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. You are not employees of each other or an actual legal partnership or LLC. It’s used when you want to offer a joint course or program or share in a business offer together, but you aren’t forming a business entity like an LLC or partnership.
