What’s the BOI Report again?

The new Corporate Transparency Act took effect on January 1, 2024 which now requires most business owners to file a Beneficial Owners Information (BOI) Report.

So boring, I know….

However, it’s important because you’re now required to file a BOI Report if you have a business entity like an…

• LLC
• PLLC
• PC
• S-Corp
• C-Corp
• Or you’re a Sole Proprietor who’s filed a Business License with your state (Note: a Business License is NOT a DBA – these two things are different.)
