Gift for You: 24 Soulful Practices During a Nutty Holiday Season!
The Holidays are upon us!
This time of year can totally test my ability to manage my time. I’m torn between traveling to a conference, holding client calls, decorating my house (the holidays are my fave!), preparing for my step-daughter to arrive from Germany, and baking gluten-free holiday cookies (of course!).
I’m also trying to sneak in a daily run in so that my emotions can stay in check and I can be the best “me” turning this crazy-busy time. #somedaysarebetterthanothers
On a life-level, this time of year is totally nuts (tied with a red ribbon – ha!).
On a soul-level, this time of year is a time of reflection and renewal.
Sounds like an oxymoron, right? Make time to shop ‘til you drop AND reflect and renew. Live a healthy lifestyle AND enjoy gluten-free holiday cookies. Celebrate AND rest.
But, you know me… I am all about the “AND” of everything!
The holidays are a perfect example of how we are capable of doing the things that challenge us the most.
Which is exactly why my friend and colleague Jeannine Yoder is offering a Holiday Challenge – 24 Days of Soulful Practices to be a Successful Coach!
Jeannine (she goes by “Jey”) has brought 22 celebrity mentors together (including Gena Shingle Jaffe and me!) to offer little tiny daily challenges that take you less than 5 minutes so you can stay focused on business AND enjoy the holidays.
It’s all about the “AND”!
You’ll receive challenges from these #rockstar coaches and more (totally not exaggerating!):
- Alexandra Jamieson
- Lisa Fabrega
- Kate Northrup
- Nisha Moodley
- Erin Stutland
- Nicole Jardim
- Jacob Sokol
- Cora Poage
- Michelle Goldblum & Ali Liepzig
- Rochelle Shieck
- Amanda Daley
- Alexis Neely
- Nikita Chopra
- Nicole Moore
- Jena LaFlamme
(See, I told you they’re #rockstar coaches!)
The challenge runs from December 13- January 5 – just in time to take you from an egg-nog puddle to a New Year’s starlet!
Gena and I will be featured on January 1st. What better way to kick off the New Year than getting your legal ducks in a row for 2017?! (Okay, so there may be better ways….but it’ll help with your goal-setting. Promise!)
If you don’t know her, Jey is impressive. She’s a New York Times featured Celebrity Life Coach, Broadway actor, and founder of MentorMasterclass.com where she helps women go from best-kept-secret to well-connected insider and life-changing master coach. Jey’s devoted to making sure that you experience personal love, sisterhood, and connection this holiday.
I’m all about that too. So in between your holiday shopping trips to the mall and your own gluten-free cookie baking, make time for yourself and your biz too!
