Health Coaches: Create your profitable signature program in just 5 days!
After law school, I was honored to work for a large corporate law firm, specializing in Health Care Law and Bioethics.
It was a prestigious law firm with big expectations and long hours. As I often share when I speak on stage, I survived by living on peanut M&Ms and coffee – um, not the healthiest way to live.
Not surprisingly, it wasn’t too long before my adrenals were shot and I needed to leave the law firm.
But I had no clue WHAT to do next… so I worked with a Life Coach… and then I BECAME a Life Coach through CoachU (back in 2003) and then a Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (in 2012) to get a grip on my sugar cravings.
I dove in as a Health Coach, I worked with 1:1 clients and came out of my sugar lows as I cleaned up my diet. I was SOLD on my new way of living – M&M-free!
But I gotta be honest… there were so many people I wanted to help but they weren’t all able to see the value of working with a health coach.
Getting clients can feel tough.
