Are you aligned in your values & your biz?
2020 is turning out to be a huge time for introspection. We’ve all discovered that things aren’t likely to be going back to “normal”. In some ways that’s exciting, and in some ways that’s sad and may involve some grieving.
With all that is happening in the world right now, this is a good time to check in with your core values.
In general, you want everything that you DO to be aligned with your core values in your life, and who you ARE as a person. But you also want your business policies and your legal documents to reflect your CORE VALUES too.

What are Core Values exactly?
Core values, as I see them, are deeply held beliefs in how you show up in the world, both professionally and personally.
They’re part of your foundation. They help you make decisions and take actions (in life and business) in integrity standing with what you believe, raising your vibration energetically – and that of the planet.
When we get clear about who we are, our core values, and what we believe, we’re tapping into our solar plexus chakra which is associated with confidence, self-esteem and power, and using our will for the highest good of all.
