This document is designed to stand alone – which means it’s not just an addendum or addition to your existing Waiver your client or customer may have already signed in the past.
Who can use it?
Anyone who serves clients in person, especially in close proximity – like yoga teachers, gym owners, personal trainers, fitness instructors, aestheticians, hair stylists, nail techs, massage therapists, energy healers, and more.
Why do you need it?
So you can have extra protection and comfort that you’re getting written consent from your client that they’re voluntarily participating in your in-person services and are aware that they could be exposed to risks – including the risk of contracting COVID-19 or ANY other illness, disease or condition at any time.
Even if you aren’t as worried about COVID now, some of your clients still may be. I created this Release so you can have some peace of mind as you get your in-person biz back on track.
