I can’t believe it’s been this long, but over 10 years ago, I started offering free 20-minute Legal Chats for prospective clients.
But after a while, my business grew to a point where I couldn’t do them by myself anymore.
So back in 2017, I asked my COO and Lead Coach Heather Jernigan (now Heather Lienenbrugger) to hold the free 20-minute Legal Chats so I could focus on offering Power Hours, speaking gigs, writing a book, launching a podcast, and developing new DIY legal templates.
Heather was already a trained, experienced holistic health and business coach. She quickly brought her grounded energy, caring demeanor, and strong talent for supporting clients to hold an average of 50 Legal Chats per month! (Yep! 50 is a LOT!)
I am so grateful to Heather for her leadership in supporting you – and so many others – by holding almost 3,000 Legal Chats over the past 5 years. (THANK YOU, Heather!)
(Note: Heather is still going to be an integral part of my team as my Creative Marketing Director – she’s not going anywhere! She’s just “sunsetting” her role hosting the Legal Chats.)

Please welcome Tamica Lloyd and Blue Russ to our team!
Introducing Tamica Lloyd…
Tamica is a Health Coach trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
She also has a Master’s Degree in Health Communications and is a Certified Personal Trainer.
As a Health Coach, Tamica has worked with women with Type 2 diabetes and weight issues for almost 10 years and helped them, as she says, “go from victim to victor.”
Tamica lives in Princeton, New Jersey, where, among other things, she spends her free time teaching girls from disadvantaged communities the Laws of the Universe.
Introducing Blue Russ…
Blue is a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach and Business Flow Coach.
She was trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
Blue has been a coach since 2006, helping businesses find flow and profit through running group programs and retreats. She’s spent years working for Health Coach Institute, Marisa Murgatroyd, and others, welcoming and coaching new students.
Blue lives in Flagstaff, Arizona and formerly worked in non-profit helping people experiencing homelessness and incarceration get back into the workforce.
I’m honored to have Tamica and Blue join the team.
They bring strong coaching skills, integrity, respect AND a lot of heart.
They’ve been personally trained by Heather and me in my products, processes, policies and values.
