I’ve been serving our online community as a Legal Coach® for 10 years already – can you believe it? 

In that time, I’ve grown my amazing team from just little ol’ me to now a team of 6 professionals.

And guess what? We’re hiring again! 

We’re looking for a whip-smart-yet-loving Legal Chat Specialist.

So, we’re curious…

Are you a health coach who is passionate about holistic wellness?

Looking for a part-time side gig using coaching skills in an important, essential client-facing role?

Are you a heartfelt communicator?

Do you have great active listening skills?

Are you intuitive, yet detail-oriented?

Are you in love with women-owned online businesses and want to serve one in a higher way?

We’re expanding our team to serve the Legal Love community by adding 1-2 Legal Chat Specialists, and we may be looking for someone just like you!

The primary focus of the Legal Chat Specialist is to conduct our free 20-Minute Legal Chats with prospective clients.

Sounds like kind of a big deal, right? It is!

 

 

Our Legal Chat Specialist will be carefully conducting free 20-minute Legal Chats, then effectively communicating the details of those Legal Chats with Lisa and the team, and then follow up with next steps.

Since, legally and ethically, only Lisa can make legal recommendations for clients, the role is to be like the “cruise director” of Lisa’s business. The Legal Chat Specialist’s role is to:

– listen to legal questions and concerns.
– lovingly talk with clients (they’re often afraid of lawyers & the law!)
– show the potential clients Legal Love™ and help them feel welcome.
– gather details about their legal needs.
– communicate their next steps.

We’re here to train the Legal Chat Specialist thoroughly about the business, but we need someone with high-level coaching and clear communication skills… and a lot of love to share.

This position is as an independent contractor. It requires between 15 – 25 hours per month. The role has the ability to grow.

The Legal Chat Specialist must be regularly available to hold calls and send/return emails during normal daytime workday hours. The Specialist sets their own schedule.
