I love New Year’s Day. A fresh start. A built-in transition. A blank page.
Growing up, my parents had a huge 12-hour Open House on New Year’s Day that started with everyone coming over for the Rose Parade (my favorite of ALL parades!). There were multiple TVs set up literally on top of each other in our family room to watch ALL of the Bowl games and a house full of people cheering on their favorite football teams from Noon until Night. For years. Such a great way to welcome start the new year.
I don’t remember when it was exactly, but one time I remember seeing 11:11 on January 1st (1/1).
In fact, since then I now see repeating numbers EVERY day, often multiple times a day, like 11:11, 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44 and 5:55. Intrigued, a few years ago, I looked up the significance because I knew it wasn’t by chance that I kept seeing them.
What I learned was that repeating numbers considered are “angel numbers” according to angel therapist Doreen Virtue in her book “Angel Numbers 101”, each with a different meaning.
When you see repeating 1s it means: “An energetic gateway has opened for you, rapidly manifesting your thoughts into reality. Choose your thoughts wisely at this time, ensuring that they match your desires.”
And in Numerology, according to my dear friend Kari Samuels, “11:11 is a powerful portal for manifesting.” Kari says that 11 is a Master Number. It is associated with abundance, intuition, awareness, spiritual awakenings, and new beginnings. “11:11 is an incredible gateway of light and Divine connection directly with Source that allows you to manifest very quickly… Doors will open, and connections will be made for you that seem miraculous.”
Totally fascinating, right?
